How you deal with the question "Who is and was the man "Jesus Christ" is for sure the most important question that you will EVER ask and try to answer in your entire lifetime.
It really doesn't matter much about what else you might believe .. if you don't understand WHO Jesus was and IS and what he DID for YOU, then you are living a life that is as far away from God and his desires and wishes for YOU and YOUR life as possible.
You propably are a "good" person, doesn't matter .. You probably help a lot of people and give your money and time to worthy endeavors, doesn't matter .. All that REALLY matters in ALL our lives is how are we going to handle the question of who is the man "Jesus Christ" ???
You see, God REALLY does love YOU .. no kidding, he REALLY does ! (check out Romans 5:8 in God's book) But, because he's God, there was NO WAY he could accept us in our sinful human state. First, he had to figure out a way to let you and I get back to him .. forgiven .. washed clean, sinless .. so, the way he decided to do that was to come to our world, as a flesh and blood man .. born to a virgin mother and live and DIE to pay the price that a Holy God would require for breaking his laws. He DIED for you and me ! He took our place ! All we have to do is accept that and we are IN ! Not a bad deal ! Instead of death which is what we deserve, he offers us ETERNAL life .. all for the asking ! Free, without cost of any kind. You can't do anything to get it except to simply pray and ask.
The Bible says, "If you declare with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."
To give your life to Christ, pray the following prayer and accept Jesus as your Savior:

Dear Heavenly Father:
I know that I have sinned against you and that my sins separate me from you. I am truly sorry. I now want to turn away from my past sinful life and turn to you for forgiveness. Please forgive me, and help me avoid sinning again. I believe that your son, Jesus Christ, died for my sins, was resurrected from the dead, is alive, and hears my prayer. I invite Jesus to become the Lord of my life, to rule and reign in my heart from this day forward. Please send your Holy Spirit to help me obey You, and to do Your will for the rest of my life. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.
